Do I need to have a booking?

No – the virtual job fair is free to everyone! We have to collect your details to pass on to the employer but you don’t need an active booking.

Do I need a visa to work in New Zealand?

Yes. To legally work in New Zealand, you will need to have a working holiday visa. Should you want to have our help applying for the visa, you can sign up to our programme.

When is the job fair?

The virtual job fair will be taking place from Monday, July 25th to Friday, July 29th.

Is there an opportunity to interview another time?

Some employers will be available for a one-off event on August 5th 2022. Please contact us if you are unavailable during the week long job fair.

Are there set start dates?

Employers will be offering jobs with a start date between September 15th 2022 to October 15th 2022. Some employers may be flexible and ask if you can start earlier.

What jobs are on offer?

All our employers will be looking for a variety of different positions. Most positions are hospitality based.

Can I interview with more than one employer?

Sadly not. You will only be able to interview with one employer at a time. Should you not be offered a position, or if you decline an offer of employment, you will be able to sign up to the one day off event on August 5th 2022.
